2. Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if so we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider.

4. Product descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product photography may show one colourway of an item available in several colours.

5. Delivery

6. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. See our return policy and refund policy.

7. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
